Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a provider of high-end home goods, has appointed Ronald R. Young, a former executive at the Children’s Place, as Senior Vice President. In his position, Young will help lead Williams-Sonoma’s expansion efforts.
Young will work in partnership with brand presidents at Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma and West Elm to extend each brand’s network of stores, e-Commerce sites and franchise partnerships worldwide. Young will report directly to Laura Alber, President and CEO at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
Prior to joining Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Young held many positions at various global brands including Pepsi-Cola, Gap, Inc., Express and most recently, The Children’s Place.
