Asian online fashion and lifestyle website Zalora is deploying the Algonomy Hyper-Personalization Suite to offer real-time, personalized interactions across all touch points on its customers’ digital journey, including search, content, browse and product recommendations.
With ecommerce sites in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, the Philippines, Hong Kong and Taiwan, Zalora features a range of products from more than 3,000 brands across a categories including apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, “pre-loved” (secondhand), home and lifestyle.
Zalora will leverage the Algonomy real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify customer interactions and activate personalized experiences online, as well as on mobile and via email, for customers in all seven countries where it operates.
Algonomy’s supporting library of 150+ pre-built personalization algorithms help to ensure shoppers are engaged with the right set of product recommendations, optimized based on individual preferences and stage in the buying journey. Additionally, Zalora will use the Algonomy Xen AI composite decisioning engine to choose the right strategy for every interaction based on engagement, conversion or revenue goals.
