In celebration of Singles Day, which takes place Nov. 11, 2015, Dealmoon.com will offer exclusive deals from more than 150 U.S. brands, including Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Off 5th and Neiman Marcus.
Dealmoon.com is a Chinese-American e-Commerce company designed to provide shoppers with deals on luxury brands in categories such as beauty, fashion, technology, baby products, health, food and electronics.
“We are not only serving up some of the best deals of the year on 11/11 for luxury brand shoppers, but these department stores are excited to partake in the traffic we can generate for them.” said Jennifer Wang, Co-Founder of Dealmoon.com. “On November 10 at midnight, we will unveil an incredible list of promotions. Many of the brands’ offers are steeper discounts than their own Black Friday deals.”

Singles Day was the largest shopping day of 2014, reeling in $9.34 billion in total online revenue. Students at Nanjing University in China reportedly created the concept in the early 1990s in frustration at the cultural pressure in China to find a long-term relationship. In the two decades since, the date gained traction as e-Commerce giant Alibaba marketed a shopping day around it.
In creating a Singles Day sales of its own, Dealmoon can further promote the shopping day to an American audience.
