Forever 21 Simplifies POS With One Solution In 16 Countries

Fast-fashion retailer Forever 21 is leveraging Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions POS offerings for its corporate stores in 16 countries. Toshiba will provide the retailer with wall-to-wall Client Services and equipment for the stores.

The multi-year deal makes Toshiba the single point of contact for all of Forever 21’s POS systems, peripherals and OEM front and back office retail store technology. As part of the agreement, Forever 21 also will implement Toshiba’s TCx 300 systems and peripherals. Beginning in June 2017, Toshiba will manage the deployment of all retail store equipment for Forever 21, including new TCxTM 300 POS systems and store servers, registers, displays and SureMark printers in current and new corporate stores. The company also will provide maintenance services for both Toshiba and non-Toshiba equipment.

“We selected Toshiba as our end-to-end global provider with the goal to reduce our complexity and costs, so our store teams can continue their focus on meeting the needs of our customers,” said Alex Ok, President of Forever 21 in a statement.


Founded in 1984, Forever 21 operates more than 830 stores globally.
