Manthan has launched an AI-powered conversational agent for business analytics called “Maya.” Much like Amazon’s Alexa or Apple’s Siri, Maya is a voice-based virtual assistant that enables users to interact with sophisticated enterprise analytics applications using natural language.
Through a conversation with Maya, a businesses exec or retail CEO can ask questions such as:
- What are my performance highlights?
- What is my most profitable category?
Maya is powered by AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), intent analysis and deep machine learning, Maya then sifts through data points in real time and uses analytics to respond with accurate answers. The program integrates with Amazon Alexa for the interactions and also is available for simple text dialogue-based interactions as part of Manthan’s Analytics Suite.
