In 2020, Rinkit’s online sales increased 284% and its email database expanded from 70,000 customers to 300,000. The company now reaches 570,000 customers across the UK, Germany, the U.S. and Australia.
Rinkit plans to use the Emarsys solution to analyze, identify and contextualize actionable customer insights in order to amplify the value of its growing customer database. By centralizing customer data and automating analysis with Emarsys, the company also plans to enhance the personalization of its marketing campaigns across all platforms, including email.
