The North Face, an outdoor brand and retailer, has seen a 35% increase in search conversion rates and a 24% increase in search revenue since deploying EasyAsk e-Commerce Edition on its European sites. The solution is designed to provide advanced site search and navigation to The North Face’s existing e-Commerce experience on Magento.

Specifically, site visitors can tap the EasyAsk solution’s natural language and voice capabilities to specify product and content searches in their local language.

The North Face has deployed EasyAsk on 11 sites that support key European markets to deliver a more effective search experience than traditional keyword search.

“At The North Face, we are constantly innovating to provide the best products to our customers, to deliver the best advice in-store and deliver a similarly quality user experience online,” said Chris Todd, Director of E-Commerce at The North Face EMEA. “EasyAsk allows our customers to find the right products quickly and efficiently. The resultant uplift in conversion rates and revenue from search has been extremely positive.”
