Ace Hardware Subsidiary Names Spanswick President

Ace Wholesale Holdings, a subsidiary of Ace Hardware, has appointed Mark Spanswick as President and General Manager to lead the company to further growth.

Spanswick joins Ace Hardware from industrial supply company W.W. Grainger, where he held a variety of leadership roles for 27 years. Most recently, he served as the Regional Sales VP, responsible for sales and channel development and deployment.

Ace Hardware Holdings includes Emery Jenson Distribution, Jensen Distribution and Emery-Waterhouse, which work together to service multiple channels including hardware, lawn and garden and lumber. The division currently operates 17 distribution centers in the U.S.
