Big Lots President and CEO David Campisi has retired. Lisa M. Bachmann, EVP, Chief Merchandising and Operating Officer, and Timothy A. Johnson, EVP, Chief Administrative Officer and CFO, will work with the retailer’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors to take on Campisi’s responsibilities.
Campisi had been on a leave of absence for medical reasons since December 2017. Big Lots has initiated a formal search process for a permanent successor and will review both internal and external candidates.
