Axonify has launched the Axonify Content Exchange, a library of learning content that offers thousands of on-demand video and question-based micro-learning topics designed to impact associate performance.
Axonify’s Content Exchange offers 7,000+ topics that address many of the top challenges retailers face, including loss prevention, security, sales, service and safety. Paired with the Axonify Employee Knowledge Platform, the Content Exchange is designed to simplify how retailers deploy fresh content that is purpose-built to drive the results they want.
Micro-topics available through the Content Exchange were created using the Axonify Instructional Design Methodology™ (IDM). Retailers including Bloomingdale’s, Walmart, and At Home Décor Stores all use IDM, which is a methodology designed to start with a clearly defined business outcome and then work back to guide the entire ecosystem of relevant content to achieve it.
By starting with the business objective in mind, every piece of content focuses on the information associates need to know. The associate can then learn, remember and apply that knowledge on the job.
Axonify has partnered with BizLibrary and Mohr Retail to stock the Context Exchange with results-focused lessons.
