SmartCommerce has launched an integrated suite designed to empower brands to own and drive their customer experience, from discovery through purchase. The commerce suite includes two solutions: SmartLink and SmartCart.
SmartLink is a dynamic product asset library designed to monitor product information across all digital touch points in one location. The solution enables brands to:
Push product merchandising out to digital touch points such as the CPG brand site, retailer’s site, product pages, and social media platforms;
Continuously audit information such as pricing, product attributes and search placement; and
Collect and mine product, competitor and shopper data for insights that drive purchases.
On the consumer side, SmartCart is a “buy now” solution that allows shoppers to gather products at CPG brand sites before fulfilling them through the e-Commerce or physical retailer of their choosing. Shoppers can drop a full order of as many as 100 products into a retailer’s cart with a single click.
With SmartCart, brands can gain a better understanding of the optimal times shoppers make purchases, enabling them to offer more targeted loyalty programs, couponing and sampling features, as well as the ability to deploy recommendations and ratings.
