The store’s design was a collaboration between Japanese architect Taichi Kuma and nanamica Brand Founder Eiichiro.

The Japanese beach house inspiration comes directly from the brand’s ethos with “nanamica” meaning house of seven seas.

The New York store will have a limited selection of THE NORTH FACE Purple Label, nanamica’s collaboration line with THE NORTH FACE.

nanamica hopes that the high-level mix of fashion and functionality will become a standard for people of all different countries, and they would like to express the brand world along with the message “ONE OCEAN, ALL LANDS” (the ocean is one and the world is connected) from New York to the world.
