That’s the good news about personalization; the bad news is that many hurdles still stand in the way of effective programs:
- 55% of marketers lack the necessary data and insights;
- 69% have customer or visitor data stored in three or more systems (16% have data in six or more systems); and
- 73% of marketers have less than half their channels connected.
