Tailored Brands Appoints Consulting Veteran As Chief Marketing Officer

Tailored Brands has named Carolyn Pollock as Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to Chief Customer Officer Carrie Ask and overseeing marketing for all of the company’s retail brands, including Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, Moores Clothing for Men and K&G.

Pollock most recently served as an Advisor at Homebase, a workforce management solution provider. She was a consultant with Tailored Brands prior to her appointment, and previously performed consulting work for eBay, Facebook and Dolby. She also has served as Director of Customer Marketing at eBay and Marketing Manager at Labatt.

“Carolyn joined us in a consulting role in mid-2018 — initially defining the brand strategies for The Men’s Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank, and then overseeing marketing for Jos. A. Bank,” said Ask in a statement. “She has been instrumental in shaping Jos. A. Bank’s marketing strategy from both a creative and channel perspective. Under Carolyn’s leadership, the brand has seen growth in new customer acquisition, including the important younger generations and significant increases in e-Commerce and store traffic. We are thrilled to have Carolyn drive the marketing strategy across all of our retail brands.”
