Chico’s FAS has launched same-day delivery from 97% of its’ Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma locations through a strategic partnership with Roadie. Once their orders are prepared, shoppers can request four-hour same-day delivery as an alternative to buy online, pick up in-store (BOPIS) or curbside pickup.
“Chico’s FAS moved swiftly to provide same day delivery as an additional shipping option for customers, even when holiday shipping deadlines have passed,” said Molly Langenstein, President and CEO of Chico’s FAS in a statement. “As a customer-centric company, we are regularly creating opportunities to shop our brands with ease, confidence and convenience, whether customers are shopping for themselves or purchasing gifts for family and friends who may live out of state.”
The retailer has joined a growing list of retailers that launched same-day delivery in time for the holiday season, including Petco, Belk and Best Buy.
