Foot Locker will roll out its FLX loyalty program in North America in order to unify all of its brands under a single platform. Members can use FLX to receive rewards for purchases made at Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Champs Sports, Footaction and Eastbay.
FLX members earn points for every dollar they spend in-store or online, as well as by completing activities such as surveys, shopping preferences and connecting social media accounts. The central feature of the program is the Redemption Center, where members can redeem points for a regularly updated selection of rewards.
The program offers more attractive benefits at each of its three tiers. All members get access to “Head Starts,” giving them priority when reserving popular products at launch; X2 members receive early access to events, and X3 members can attend invitation-only events, earn special gifts during purchase promotions and access FLX photo opportunities. When they sign up, members of Foot Locker’s legacy programs will receive bonus points depending on their current tier.
