Tapestry Hires VF Corp. Veteran as New CFO

Tapestry has named Scott A. Roe CFO, effective June 1, 2021. Roe will have responsibility for all finance functions and lead the retailer’s Strategy and Consumer Insights teams. At this time interim CFO Andrea Shaw Resnick will take on the newly created role of Chief Communications Officer. Additionally, VP of Investor Relations Christina Colone has been promoted to Global Head of Investor Relations.

Roe is currently CFO of VF Corp., a position he has held since April 2015. He has been with VF Corp. for 25 years in positions including VP, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer; VP of Finance for the Jeanswear and Imagewear Coalitions; and CFO of the International Business. Prior to joining VF Corp., Roe worked in the OEM automotive and basic materials industries.

“Scott is a highly strategic CFO with 25 years of experience in consumer, retail and apparel businesses, and deep expertise successfully developing global multi-brand platforms,” said Joanne Crevoiserat, CEO of Tapestry in a statement. “With a grounding in brand and operational finance roles, he manages from a commercial mindset balanced with enterprise thinking.
