Pandora Jewelry will deploy the Appian Workforce Safety solution to support workplace health and safety across its U.S. operations. Pandora had used the cloud-based solution early in the pandemic to help protect employees and customers at both retail stores and its logistics center, and the retailer will now utilize the tool at its Baltimore corporate office as it reopens.
Appian Workforce Safety provides a unified command center that will help Pandora manage its COVID-19 response, with real-time access to track employee check-ins, monitor scenarios across facilities, automate return-to-work authorizations, track vaccinations and manage company policies and government regulations. Specific capabilities include:
- Contact tracing;
- FDA-authorized COVID-19 testing;
- Vaccination insights;
- Incident case management;
- Symptom and isolation monitoring;
- Visitor and capacity management;
- Aggregate health reporting; and
- Onsite reservations.
