Oracle Retail Announces Version 14.1

On the heels of the acquisition of MICROS in September 2014, Oracle has announced an update to its solution portfolio. Oracle Retail 14.1 is designed to help retailers support interactions and transactions across channels and devices.

New capabilities include:

The addition of MICROS solutions extends Oracle Retail’s functionality to include additional cloud-based applications for brand compliance management, loss prevention, order management, order brokering and workforce management.
