For 65% of Consumers, Companies’ Sustainability Profile Influences Purchase Decisions

Nearly two-thirds (65%) of consumers say a company’s position on sustainability influences their buying decisions, and just over half (52%) would buy more online if the deliveries were made using electric vehicles (EVs). Nearly as many shoppers, 48%, would consider paying a premium for EV delivery.
