Discount Drug Mart, an Ohio-based drugstore chain, is installing Provision Interactive Technologies 3D Savings Center kiosks inside its 71 stores. The kiosks feature 3D holograph graphics and provide exclusive Discount Drug Mart promotions to shoppers at the point of purchase.
Each 3D holograph unit showcases a 2D interactive touch screen for shoppers to receive promotions, rewards and coupons. The retailer also will allow partner brands to use the kiosks to showcase products via 3D advertising and interactive elements.
“The Provision 3D Savings Center will provide opportunities for customers to achieve even more savings,” said David Bergman, VP of Advertising at Discount Drug Mart in a statement. “Discount Drug Mart customers will enjoy an engaging 3D holographic experience and be immediately rewarded with coupons, promotions and other giveaways for both in-store products and wellness-related local professional services, such as doctors, dentists and optometrists.”
