Linkett Connects Marketers To Mobile-Toting Consumers

Created by WestonExpressions, Linkett is a small device that can attach to any type of digital display. Potential customers can scan the device with a smartphone or tablet to download coupons, videos and other content. Additionally, the sensor picks up movement as a consumer is walking past a screen, and can change the message and even talk to consumers to attract their attention. Marketing teams can tap detailed analytics to improve the quality and relevance of display ads.

An A/B Testing feature also allows marketers to run multiple offers on different display screens and then determine which messages are top performers. As a result, retailers can see how many impressions ads receive and how many people purchase products through the platform. Linkett turns display hardware into points-of-purchase using an HDMI connection, so shoppers can purchase products using their smartphones and have them shipped to their homes.
