HookLogic Grabs $15.5 Million In Funding, Sells AutoHook Division

hooklogic1HookLogic, an e-Commerce marketing solution provider, has secured $15.5 million in Series C funding. New investors Fung Capital and Mousse Partners led the latest round. Existing investors Bain Capital Ventures and Intel Capital also contributed.

Additionally, HookLogic has sold its AutoHook division to Urban Science, an analytics solutions provider for automotive manufacturers and dealers. Presidio Group served as the financial advisor to HookLogic during the sale.

“Our new investors bring deep industry knowledge and expertise to support our next wave of growth,” said Jonathan Opdyke, CEO of HookLogic. “The combination of this investment and proceeds from the divestiture will enable us to accelerate international expansion and invest in technologies that will revolutionize e-Commerce and digital advertising, including huge innovations in mobile.”
