7-Eleven Mexico has selected Oracle Retail Merchandising to improve in-store operations and drive growth across its 1,400 stores. By implementing the retail solution, 7-Eleven Mexico expects to leverage operational data, establish best practices throughout its retail operations and develop new merchandising and inventory strategies. “With Oracle Retail, we will better serve the changing needs of our convenience customers by offering the best assortment by store and fresher products every day,” said Eduardo Trujillo, Business Transformation Director of 7-Eleven Mexico. “Oracle will help us gain insight from our operational data from across the business.” In addition, the Oracle implementation will help the convenience chain track its perpetual inventory to increase availability of items, reduce inventory, optimize its supply chain and create a platform for growth.
