Citing strong positive customer response to its Outlet store concept, introduced earlier this year, Belk is opening 10 new Outlet stores in May for a total of 16 locations. The first Belk Outlet store opened in Greeneville, Tenn. in January 2023, and the retailer opened five more in April.
The Belk Outlets include discounted items that come directly from larger Belk stores, providing customers access to a wide range of items, including high-end and designer brands that these locations may not have carried in the past.
Official celebrations marking the opening of the newest Outlet stores will take place Saturday, June 3, 2023, with ribbon-cutting ceremonies, music and treats for customers to enjoy.
