Calendars.com is partnering with Kibo to augment its customer personalization and data management tools. With more than 17,000 products online, Calendars.com offers a selection of gifts, puzzles, games and toys, and plans to expand the use of Kibo to its umbrella company, Go! Retail Group, and its Shopfuego.com brand.
Kibo eCommerce is a cloud-based solution that helps retailers more easily manage merchandising, promotions, SEO and more.
Calendars.com will use the Kibo solution to help the retailer:
- Deliver individualized recommendations, product discovery and predictive search through the use of Certona Personalization;
- Sell more efficiently across multiple touch points by managing product data from a single backend; and
- Launch landing pages, promos and custom customer journeys with a drag-and-drop interface.
