Canadian specialty retailer Comark Inc., has launched a series of new e-Commerce sites using the Demandware Commerce platform. The Comark umbrella includes the Ricki’s, Bootlegger and cleo brands.
With more than 300 stores across three divisions, Comark will use Demandware to centralize its brand portfolio within a single platform while maintaining unique shopping experiences for each individual brand. Because each brand has a specific target customer base, Comark required a solution that could help streamline and tailor the shopping journey for each group of shoppers across all channels.
New features on the sites include “ship to store” and “find it in store” order fulfillment options, which help bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds. The integration of online and offline experiences has resulted in positive customer feedback.
