ECommera Acquires OrderDynamics


ECommera
, a decision-intelligence commerce solutions provider, today announced the acquisition of OrderDynamics, a cloud order management system (OMS) and commerce platform for multichannel retailers. Acquisition terms were not disclosed.

By adding the cloud-based OMS platform to its toolkit, eCommera will be able to provide current and future clients with a variety of offerings to create an omnichannel, end-to-end commerce platform, according to a company press release. In addition, retailers will be equipped to create more seamless and enjoyable customer experiences by offering more flexible delivery options, endless aisle, distributed fulfillment and a single view of inventory across channels.

“Retailers are investing in omnichannel commerce as they recognize that it is the key strategy for growth,” said Andrew McGregor, Co-Founder and CEO of eCommera. “In order for today’s global retailers to be successful, they require not only a powerful commerce platform, and decision analytics, but also integrated customer order management across multiple online and offline channels.”

Together, eCommera and OrderDynamics will serve 70 brands and retailers via offices in London, Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, Paris, Bulgaria and India. OrderDynamics will become a wholly owned subsidiary of eCommera, and will continue to operate under the current OrderDynamics management team.
