Fanatics to Debut Community-Friendly Flagship on London’s Regent Street

Fanatics Collectibles will launch its first-ever flagship store in London this spring in an 8,647-square-foot space designed for interactive community-building events such as monthly trade nights, kids’ rip events, athlete appearances and partner activations in addition to retail space. The new store’s retail focus will be sports and entertainment trading cards and games, featuring Fanatics Collectible brands such as Topps, Merlin, Match Attax and Bowman.

The Regent Street store also will feature a state-of-the-art breaking studio (for live and taped openings of card packs), interactive customer education touch points and a personal card creation suite. The location also will serve as a drop-off point for users of Fanatics Collect, the collectibles marketplace Fanatics launched in June 2024.

In 2024, Topps, which Fanatics acquired in January 2022, acquired the exclusive trading card rights to the soccer Premier League, with product launching in time for the 2025-2026 season. Topps also has exclusive rights to the UEFA national soccer team competitions and will begin making licensed NBA products later in 2025.

“We are incredibly excited to cut the ribbon on this amazing community-building retail space, one that we hope will delight collectors and be a true home for the hobby in Europe,” said David Leiner, Topps’ President of Trading Cards in a statement. “It’ll be a destination for millions of fans as well as our own internal partners — and team and club partners, the latter using our dedicated space to launch and showcase new products in a way that has never been done before.”

Fanatics launched a physical-world multi-sport fan event, Fanatics Fest NYC, in April 2024 at New York’s Javits Center.
