ICON Doubles Retargeting ROI With SeeWhy

ICON Health & Fitness, a manufacturer and distributor of fitness products, has significantly improved its retargeting efforts since implementing the Ad Manager solution from SeeWhy, an SAP company.

“We are extremely pleased with the results we’ve seen with SeeWhy thus far,” said Mark Thatcher, Director of Online Marketing at ICONHealth & Fitness. “SeeWhy has doubled the ROI of our previous ad retargeting efforts and is an integral part of our business plan moving forward.”

After seeing success using the SeeWhy Conversion Manager solution for shopping cart abandonment email remarketing, ICON implemented the Ad Manager product.

See Why Ad Manager is a cloud-based solution that uses real-time bidding (RTB) to purchase and measure ad space. The solution also uses a control group to measure campaign performance, so only lifted revenue is measured. After implementing SeeWhy, ICON can pinpoint the exact revenue generated by each campaign.

Previously, ICON’s retargeting efforts were siloed, making it difficult for the company to capture a complete picture of the customer experience. Crafting a plan that combines Ad Manager and Conversion Manager, ICON now has a comprehensive remarketing strategy that includes display ads and retargeting emails to re-engage customers and educate them on ICON products and brands.
