Luxury online fashion retailer Mytheresa has improved add-to-cart and conversion rates as well as reduced mobile bounce rates and increased newsletter signups in China following the deployment of the Kibo unified commerce solution.
The companies first partnered in 2016, as Mytheresa began working to improved conversion rates by offering personalized content across its international presence, which spans 133 countries and eight languages.
Kibo’s unified commerce platform uses AI-driven personalization technology from Monetate and Certona, and also includes omnichannel commerce and order management capabilities featuring an API-first, microservices-based architecture.
