Perry Ellis Powers Digital Commerce With Demandware

Perry Ellis International has selected Demandware Commerce as the central platform for managing holistic digital commerce experiences for its multiple brands. The fashion retailer is replacing its legacy platform with Demandware’s cloud-based commerce platform, with the goal of driving innovation and growth. The move follows Perry Ellis International’s implementation of Demandware for its launch of new e-Commerce and mobile commerce sites for four of its key brands, including Cubavera, Original Penguin, Rafaella and Perry Ellis, in late 2011.

“Since launching on Demandware Commerce, we are seeing improved customer satisfaction and KPI’s across all four sites [due to] the ability for customers to refine their searches to ease of checkout,” said Michelle Magallon, VP of Digital Commerce for Perry Ellis International, in a press statement.
