Supermarket chain Raley’s Family of Fine Stores has selected the Revionics Social Commerce solution to support a new social media rewards program, called Extra Friendzy. The initiative will be available in 128 stores across all brands, including: Raley’s, Bel Air, Nob Hill Foods and Food Source, as well as online and via mobile.
Revionics Social Commerce is designed to help brands and retailers identify social advocates, strengthen customer engagement, drive in-store traffic and encourage consumers to register for the Raley’s Something Extra rewards program. The solution also is designed to optimize offers across all channels.
“We are continually evaluating and adopting innovative ways to improve our marketing and customer loyalty efforts,” said Tom Hutchison, Director of Marketing, CRM and Analytics for Raley’s. “Our Extra Friendzy program powered by Revionics Social Commerce solution leverages the powerful social media channel to keep our customers engaged, excited and motivated to shop. In addition, this effort will help grow our social media advocates and referrals, drive more in-store traffic and help draw members to our loyalty program.”
Using the Social Commerce solution, Raley’s will be able to track, monitor and measure the impact of each interaction, helping to generate more profitable dialogue between the retailer and individual consumers. The solution also will empower Raley’s to identify social advocates, engage them with highly personalized offers, and in turn, encourage customers to complete transactions and share their experiences with peers on social networks.
