ZALORA Centralizes Business Operations With JustEnough

ZALORA, a Southeast Asia-based online fashion retailer, has selected JustEnough to help manage the retail and wholesale business. 

ZALORA will implement the Merchandise Financial Planning and Assortment Planning software solutions from JustEnough to help streamline planning across the regional and international business. Prior to the partnership, ZALORA struggled to keep pace with disparate planning workflows and systems across the eight countries in which it operates.

“With offices in countries across South-East Asia, we need a centralized, integrated system that can help us to streamline the retail process and help each country’s buying team work together seamlessly,” said Silvia Thom, Senior Product Manager at ZALORA South-East Asia. “We expect that JustEnough will help ZALORA’s inventory planning for future seasons by enabling more efficient allocation of costs, as well as achieving more accurate predictions of next-season product mixes by analyzing historical sales data.”

ZALORA has localized sites in Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The retailer offers more than 500 international and local brands, and more than 15,000 products across apparel, shoes, accessories and beauty categories.
