Former DICK’s CFO Joins Gap Inc.

Gap Inc. has announced the appointment of Teri List-Stoll as Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer, effective Jan. 17, 2017. List-Stoll succeeds Sabrina Simmons, who announced she will part ways with the company at the end of the 2016 fiscal year.

In her new role, List-Stoll will oversee the company’s global finance function, loss prevention and corporate administration divisions. Prior to joining Gap, she served as the EVP and CFO of DICK’S Sporting Goods, and she held a similar role at Kraft Foods Group before that.

“Teri is a seasoned finance leader with more than three decades of experience, including top leadership positions at global consumer goods companies,” said Art Peck, CEO of Gap Inc. in a statement. “As we remain focused on accelerating our transformation, Teri’s expertise will help us drive our long-term financial objectives and continue our commitment to long-term shareholder value.”
