Macy’s has promoted Nata Dvir to Chief Merchandising Officer of the Macy’s brand, effective Feb. 1, 2021. In her new role, Dvir will be responsible for leading Macy’s Merchandising, with oversight of all merchandising categories and private brands. She succeeds Patti Ongman, who will retire at the end of January 2021.
Dvir currently serves as SVP and General Business Manager for Beauty and Center Core Merchandise at the retailer. As General Business Manager for Beauty, she works to create a more open and experiential environment in the store and enhance entertainment and customer experiences. In the Center Core Merchandise role, she focuses on adding new brands and updating products.
Dvir previously held various leadership roles at Macy’s, including in the Men’s, Beauty, Shoes, Jewelry, Food and Licensed businesses.
