AdRoll, an e-Commerce growth platform, has introduced AdRoll Video Ads to help marketers reach shoppers through targeted video ads on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The ads are powered by the AI used in the AdRoll platform, which leverages machine learning to determine the optimal bid price for each impression and analyzes user behavior to serve the right ad to the right customer at the right time.
The proprietary technology aggregates shopping behavior from trillions of performance data points across the solution provider’s base of 37,000 customers to help the AI learn and adapt. The tool is designed to let retailers optimize video ad placement for their specific marketing goals and attribution model through its real-time predictions for forecasting, pricing, audience modeling, pacing and optimization.
Video ads can help retailers reach shoppers across the Internet. Cisco predicted that 80% of all internet traffic will be video content in 2019, while a study by Adobe found that more than half of consumers are more willing to stay on a brand’s channel if video content is included.
