BevyUp Provides Real-Time, Shared Browsing Sessions

A cloud-based shopping capability from BevyUp helps retailers close the gap between in-person and e-Commerce shopping. The interactive solution provides shoppers with real-time, shared browsing sessions with friends or experts to communicate about and validate purchase decisions.

Many online purchases involve two or more decision-makers. Each may reside in different cities, states or countries. In addition to connecting these decision makers across the e-Commerce site, the BevyUp platform integrates with Facebook and other social networks to engage customers’ entire social graphs. Video, chat, tags and other interactive social tools, including sentiment stickers, comment notes and a drawing tool, also are provided.

As shoppers click, communicate and purchase, real-time shopping behaviors are captured in the BevyUp database. The “shop with an expert” option also helps convert more sales.
