CleverTap Launches Omnichannel Campaign Builder

CleverTap, a mobile customer engagement and analytics solutions provider, has launched Journeys, an omnichannel campaign builder designed to help marketers engage with customers along their individual paths-to-purchase throughout the app lifecycle.

Powered by CleverTap’s automation and segmentation technologies, Journeys allows users to:

Additionally, using Journey’s drag-and-drop interactive campaign visualizer, marketers can configure rich customer journey workflows, with complex sequences of contextual messages and additional functionality such as optimal delays for action/inaction, live campaign stats and frequency caps.
