Kronos Debuts InTouch DX To Offer Associates Personalized Schedule Information

Kronos has launched Kronos InTouch DX, an intelligent time clock designed to streamline operations for both associates and managers. The tool offers workers personalized welcome screens that alert them to unread messages and requests, and can be further adjusted to let them focus on their most frequent self-service tasks.

Specific capabilities of InTouch DX include:

  • SmartLanding: When users sign in, they can immediately check their messages, time-off approvals or requests, shift swap and schedule updates;
  • Individual Mode: Users see a curated selection tiles that provide workers with one-click access for tasks such as viewing their schedule, checking their accruals bank or transferring job codes; and
  • My Time: This combination of timecard and weekly scheduling provides employees with an at-a-glance view to compare punches to scheduled hours and verify timecard accuracy to minimize exceptions.

InTouch DX has multi-language support for global workforces, letting users pick their preferred language. The tool features a seven-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen, and retailers can choose to use biometric authentication to eliminate the need for carrying a badge or remembering a PIN. InTouch DX will be available with Workforce Central and Workforce Ready in 2020.
