Swiftpage Emphasizes Mobile-First Approach With Saleslogix Mobile 3.0

Saleslogix Mobile 3.0, a platform upgrade from Swiftpage, is designed to bring greater convenience to mobile users of marketing and CRM solutions. The third-generation Saleslogix Mobile platform provides retailers with enhanced capabilities for customizing and interacting with customer data, in context, while on the move. The new features empower users with mobile customer intelligence, retrieved on their own terms, on a broad range of mobile devices.

The Saleslogix Mobile 3.0 release underscores the Swiftpage mobile-first software design strategy, which focuses on mobile roadmaps that get SaaS, smartphone- and tablet-based innovations to market faster.

Upgrades to the Saleslogix Mobile interface include KPIs, charts and dashboards for Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Tickets. New global, context and quick-action menus deliver greater mobile functionality such as image and signature support. New capabilities include multi-currency, opportunity products, SpeedSearch and more.

The latest Saleslogix Mobile release also includes a redesigned app for smartphones and tablets. Built in HTML5, the new app can be customized by workflows, industry segments and individual work styles. It automatically adjusts to present the optimum interface for the associated mobile device screen size. With a single tap, users can see all customer interactions, add new actions, initiate an interaction, enter notations, and more.

As part of the Saleslogix Mobile 3.0 release and umbrella mobile-first approach, Swiftpage also introduced a new mobile-only, SaaS-based subscription option.
