Vengo vending machines are two-square-feet large and include a 21.5-inch HD touchscreen, making the device compact enough to place on any wall in a retail store, office building, campus or restaurant.
Through the interactive vending machines, brands such as Dentyne, Snapple and Trident are displaying promotional content for specific products. Doubling as an advertisement network, Vengo gives businesses a chance to recapture customer attention by delivering promotional videos and other HD media. In fact, the vending machines drive up to 155,000 engagements per month, and acquire 40 seconds per engagement, according to the company. When consumers see an item they’d like to purchase, they can do so at any time.

Through a cloud-based dashboard, brands also can track customer engagement and other key performance indicators. Brands can access the name, location, purchase pattern and detailed demographic information of each consumer. The vending machine experience adjusts based on this data, and provides a unique experience to each customer.
