When that’s combined with strong leadership, there’s less turnover and also greater engagement: belief in senior leadership is the number-one factor in creating positive employee engagement.

Retailers that listen to their employees also get the best results: employees who feel their voice isheard at work are 4.6X more likely to feel empowered to perform their best work.
