Retail TouchPoints’ inaugural Personalization Benchmark Survey reveals the ROI retailers are already reaping with personalization, and identifies the areas where there’s still room for improvement, including in-store and mobile.
Key findings from the survey include:
- 66% of retailers credit personalization strategies with increasing sales;
- 63% say personalization has increased customer loyalty/retention;
- 39% credit personalization with improving customer acquisition; and
- 46% of retailers say personalization has boosted sales by up to 10%.
