Internet Disruptions Cost 51% of Ecommerce Retailers at Least $500K Per Month

Research from Forrester reveals that ecommerce companies suffer an average of 76 internet disruptions each month and that the costs are significant: 39% of companies lose $500,000 to $999,999 per month, and 12% of companies lose $1 million or more.

However, online retailers using Internet Performance Monitoring (IPM) for their entire tech stack can identify these disruptions more quickly, boosting revenues for 75% of companies and improving the customer experience for 71%.
