Fanatics Commerce, the fan gear designer, manufacturing and retail division of the Fanatics digital sports platform, has made three new executive appointments to drive its next phase of growth.

In the C-level, Fanatics Commerce has appointed Valerie Love as its new Chief People Officer and Justin Tsai as Chief Product Officer. As Chief People Officer, Love will be responsible for all strategic human resources initiatives for the business. She was previously SVP of Human Resources at The Coca-Cola Company and has held HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, and General Motors.

As Chief Product Officer Tsai will be responsible for driving the strategy behind Fanatics’ owned ecommerce sites and will work closely with the Fanatics technology team to drive customer experience investments.

Additionally, Stephen Dowling joins Fanatics Commerce as President of International. The broader Fanatics business already has a significant global presence, operating more than 80 offices, manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers worldwide. In this new role, Dowling is tasked with helping the division expand beyond U.S. borders. He already has a successful track record helping brands like Adidas and Unilever grow their global digital businesses.

All three new executives will report directly to Fanatics Commerce CEO Andrew Low Ah Kee, who joined the company in September 2023 from GoDaddy. “I am thrilled to welcome Stephen, Valerie and Justin to Fanatics Commerce, all of whom will play an invaluable role as we work toward elevating the experience of being a fan across all corners of world,” said Low Ah Kee in a press statement. “All three are highly regarded executives who bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and energy to the Fanatics Commerce business that will help propel us into our next chapter.”
