JRNI Launches Tool To Help Retailers Offer App-Agnostic Remote Appointments

JRNI, a SaaS enterprise scheduling platform, has debuted the Remote Appointment feature within its solution. The tool helps retailers offer appointments over the phone and web browser-based videos to continue servicing their shoppers over remote connections.

Powered by the Twilio cloud communications platform, the feature is designed to help businesses manage personalized relationships with their customers by letting retailers conduct phone and video appointments without the need for an app. JRNI accelerated the tool’s launch date due to the increased prevalence of social distancing during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Remote Appointment aims to build on JRNI’s Appointments app, which helps retailers schedule both face-to-face and phone meetings from any device. The company also offers Adaptable Journeys, a solution that helps retailers create personalized bookings.
