DTC brand Good American has introduced a new immersive in-store experience at its LA flagship in the Westfield Century City mall, powered by a series of Samsung commercial LED displays.

Launched in 2016, the brand opened its flagship store in June 2023. With the brand’s overarching goal of championing body positivity, two Samsung displays at the front entrance showcase the latest collections, featuring modern women of all sizes and backgrounds.

“As Good American continues to redefine fashion by championing inclusivity and innovation, our collaboration with Samsung Electronics America allows us to create immersive in-store experiences that celebrate diversity and confidence,” said Misti Blasko, VP of Retail at Good American in a statement. “Together, we’re utilizing cutting-edge display technology to engage customers and communicate our brand’s mission, vision and values, ensuring that every shopper feels confident and represented.”

Inside the store a custom 31.5-foot-wide LED ribbon screen extends across the top of the wall and presents dynamic visual merchandising content on the brand’s staple product, denim. An 85-inch Samsung 4K display offers interactive styling tips at the entrance of the fitting room, serving as an accompaniment to the Crave Retail fitting-room tech already in place. And near the the checkout area, a 32-inch touchscreen display allows shoppers to discover the entire Good American collection, use the online “Find Your Fit” guide and order any products that may be out of stock in the store.

Good American is able to remotely manage the content across all the in-store displays using Samsung’s cloud-based MagicINFO digital signage platform.

Good American will soon open new store locations at the Caesars Forum in Las Vegas and Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Calif., both of which will offer similar immersive experiences powered by Samsung displays.
