Snagajob Offers Scalable Platform For Hiring In A Post-COVID-19 Environment

Snagajob, a marketplace for hourly jobs and shifts, has launched the On Demand platform, a solution that helps businesses adjust staffing needs in real time in order to respond to fluctuating consumer demand. The platform can enable rapid, “push button” hiring when and where businesses need new staff, and seamlessly create virtual hiring events to manage interviews in any way candidates are most comfortable.

The platform includes three tools:

  • Talent Pools helps retailer fill every shift, with workers ranging from current team members to furloughed workers to alumni. Companies can load their database of workers onto the platform and create multiple “worker pools” that can respond to fluctuating customer demand in real-time.
  • Performance Hiring offers targeted, rapid hiring through Snagajob’s 47 million engaged hourly workers. Employers can focus recruiting efforts on priority locations and positions to maximize their budgets, view real-time results and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Virtual Hiring allows for tech-enabled virtual events to flexibly hire while engaging workers via the methods they prefer. The solution covers sourcing, screening, scheduling and interviewing, all within Snagajob’s platform.
